01. Data Identity

For the purpose of the NDPR, Tickket acts in two capacities:

Data ControllerWhen we collect your account data (Name, Email, Bank Details) for registration and payouts.
Data ProcessorWhen we process attendee or voter data on behalf of an Event Organiser.

02. Information We Collect

Personal Data

Name, email address, phone number, and bank account details (for organisers).

Transaction Data

Payment history, ticket purchases, and voting records. We do not store card details.

03. Lawful Basis for Processing

We process data based on contractual performance (ticket orders), legal obligations (KYC/Tax), legitimate interest (security), and explicit consent (marketing).
